In support of residents in Gravenhurst and surrounding villages, Blake has filed an objection to application CB/22/03378/OUT.
There are so many reasons to object to this application and you are encouraged to file your own reasons before the deadline on 11 October '22.
The proposed housing is outside of the Settlement Envelope and Local Plan. The principle of new development should therefore be per se unacceptable, and, for substantially similar reasons be considered unsustainable under the National Planning Policy Framework (“NPPF”).
As a resident in a neighbouring village rather than Gravenhurst itself, Blake's objection focussed on the impact foreseen from increasing traffic volumes throughout the wider area.
