Blake Stephenson, the MP for Mid Bedfordshire, has raised the concerning impact of the Labour Government's National Insurance hike on local charities.
Blake recently met with the Greensand Trust which conserves, enhances and protects the distinctive landscape, wildlife and history of The Greensand Ridge and wider area and heard how the policy will add £100,000 a year to their staffing bill. He has also visited Keech Hospice Care and heard similar concerns.
During a Westminster Hall debate, Blake took the opportunity to highlight the impact and his concerns.
